Red lights exist, but no one pays attention. Here is a survival guide

for crossing the street: step out and walk slowly, look confidently

in the direction of the oncoming traffic, never flinch, stop or go

backwards. Drivers will adjust and go around you without touching

(mostly). It's an experience for sure! :)

No reason to be terrified. The facial scarfs and gloves are for sun protection only. Light skin indentifies people as non-farmers, so is sort of a status symbol. :)
