yishai 0 Posted December 6, 2005 Hi Emmanuel, A few things I found in this photo. I like the subject and the composition is also interesting, with the palm tree peeking in. I think I'd take a little less sky above the tree and some more water (if this was possible), but this is just a taste thing. What is not a taste thing is the easily visible unsharp mask artifacts you can see around the tree. This gives the whole image an unreal feeling, but in the bad sense of the word. Ease off on the radius of the mask, maybe even on the intensity (if it's over 100%, it might be too harsh). After you do that, put the image on again and I'd like to take a look (I think there could be some problems with the colors, but it could be related to the sharpening). Cheers, Y. Link to comment
manolis1 0 Posted December 6, 2005 Yishai, I want to thank you for taking your time to observe my picture and write where I have made mistakes(on photo process)so I can improve my skills. As you see I posted it again following your thoughts(directions) ....I hope it looks better now. I don't mind at all if you take my photo and play with it so you can show me how I can fix it. Vincent, thank you. Link to comment
