Ahhhhh ... the last of the fall color. A storm came along the next

day and blew all these leaves away. My first fall in the States

turned out to be disappointingly brief. Anyway, this is just a nice

little place and me playing with my new ND filter - the greatest

invention ever for us small sensor digital users. Hope you like it.

Interesting pond Bill. Waters look very dark probably due to the fallen leaves? Looks great.

It looks dark from the side, due to the reflections I guess. But, when you look straight down into it, it's crystal clear, cold and inviting. In the summer, you can swim in every little pond like this in the Smokies.
