marco_ruggiero 0 Posted December 4, 2005 I like this one as well as the other for a different reason, this one, to me, by the color tone, represents more the cemetery image and the finality of death. I do like equally well. Once again great perspective and Depth of field and the color truly makes it. Great image. Ciao. Link to comment
ZuikoD 0 Posted December 4, 2005 I agree with Marco, this one is a better representation of some of our final destination. peace Link to comment
henrimanguy 0 Posted December 4, 2005 Nice sepia tones, but even though, I prefer your previous colour version.Regards, HenriOh! while I think to that : would you take a look to my new presentation Why have I fell in love with Venice ? Thank you. Link to comment
susan stone 0 Posted December 4, 2005 This one's well composed, graphically interesting, excellent job of toning, but...... it lacks the mystery and drama of the previous image. It does have a finality about it, but I liked the idea of "going to the light", it let my imagination wander and ponder. Link to comment
sigfridlopez 0 Posted December 5, 2005 Yep, I guess I prefer this one. :-) As Marco has pointed out, this somber hue is pretty appropiate for the meaning of the shot. I like it! Regards, Sigfrid. Link to comment
alexguerra 0 Posted December 5, 2005 Thanks everyone for passing by and leaving your thoughts and points of view. Henry, after looking at your presentation I would fall in love with Venice myself! Sigfrid, I'm very glad you liked this one as I posted it following your suggestion=) Link to comment
ada-ipenburg 0 Posted December 6, 2005 I like the mood of transitoriness created by the earthy colours in this version, Alex. I can't say that I prefer this version above the other one. They both have their own charme. Without the presence of the light this image shows us the harsh reality in contrast to your other version which has a more playful character. Next to that I think that the absence of the light creates more serenity in the picture. Well, it's only my humble opinion, Alex. Both versions are beautiful. Greetings, Ada:) Link to comment
