Daryl, quite a good bit of work, to me you've made it look as though it's not only Infra-Red, but a pinhole as well, was thinking on trying to achieve this effect myself, glad to see it is possible.... terrific....Jim

Karl, Jim - thanks for your comments. Jim, it is a real IR shot so I guess that helps but as for the pinhole camera look I have to admit that that has to be a fluke as I don't know what pinhole camera pictures look like :) Glad you like it all the same.

Hi Daryl, I should have look in your "details", I would have seen about the IR. As pinhole photos go, at least the 35mm variety, they are soft all over. Somewhat similar to this in appearance. Sorry for not being more on the ball and getting back to you sooner.....Jim

Thanks Jim. I think the reason this one has a 'pin-hole' look is that it's a bit out of focus. I usually set focus to infinity for this kind of shot as you can't see anything on the preview LCD with the IR filter in place but in this case I forgot to do that and I think the autofocus was a bit out. I just kind of liked the slightly surreal blurred look that resulted. By the sound of it I'd probably like pinhole photos so I'd be interested to hear how you go about it. I have an old canon T-70 - can I use that?
