biancavanderwerf 0 Posted November 28, 2005 I didn't want to make a obvious happy colourfull flowerchild. This sweet girl has a little inner sadness, what do you think? Link to comment
v 0 Posted November 29, 2005 Yes, agree, perhaps not happiness but she has at least some kind of contemplation inside. Interesting and well thought through portrait! Link to comment
ada-ipenburg 0 Posted November 29, 2005 In my opinion this is a very unusual art portrait. It's clear that the innocent soul of the little girl is hurted. I like the way you've shaped your idea, Bianca. Though it's a sad and touching portrait, it's wonderful to look at it. The expression of the girls face leaves many quentions unanswered. So I stay behind wondering what has happened to the little girl..... Liefs, Ada:) Link to comment
biancavanderwerf 0 Posted November 29, 2005 Thank you all for your comments first of all.. It was a funny and strange photoshoot Ada. In general she's a happy, smiling and sparkling little 6 year-old. And sometimes she gave me this... It really touched my heart! She comes from a broken home and a lot of changes are happening.... Not so innocent anymore unfortunately....... But still we've had a great time, haha! Liefs! Link to comment

kleintje 0 Posted December 20, 2005 This is a very moving photo. She looks so fragile and you portrayed her so subtle... But there remains that sad look in her eyes... Shame this kind of sadness is reflected in the eyes of a child still so young... Maybe the only thing I would change is softening her face a tiny little bit to bring it a bit more in balance with the rest of the photo. Link to comment
