JamieK 1 Posted November 27, 2005 The composition works well. The high-contrast, sharp figure stands out against the strongly blurred train. I also like the parallel streaks of light. I might crop out the fragment of wall at left and some of the bottom. I have a couple of similar metro photos that you might like (http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=3773410). arunparamekanti 0 Posted November 29, 2005 Hi Jamie, thanks for your comments - I did not edit the photo earlier since I tried to keep the lady in the center and also have the convergence point away from the edge, but cropping would help remove the not so active foreground and nothing special about the wall - appreciate your comments. Thanks also for the link to your pic, liked that. Must've been tough not getting them to react upon seeing you. Link to comment
JamieK 1 Posted December 1, 2005 I see why you did it, and it works well, but I still think it needs either more wall or no wall at left. No one noticed me when I took the photo in the station, perhaps because they were also all foreigners on vacation... I was also across the 4 sets of metro tracks. Link to comment
