Impressive

Fantastic. Im glad you didn't go razor sharp. Don't get me wrong your focus is right on and dof is prime. You have done it in a way to almost percieve it as a painting.The colors are explosive without taking away from an almost blue gray blend up the back which leads you to the head and a soft crest that really works. I think sharpness would have ruined this. Great Job!

This is a beauty of an image. The colors are perfect. I particularly like the definition in the eye color.

Great capture George, good detail and DoF the bird is a little central though, cropping the RH side makes for a stronger image in my opinion.
