Michael: Excellent image. The glow and toning is well suited to the subject and evoke the right sense of mood. Love the rock details and the repeating form of the little boys, the latter very effective at the guiding the eye through the photo. I also particularly like the intensity of the specular highlights. Very nice sky gradient, as well. Really well put togther image.

Like a memory from the past...

Reminds me of a snapshot from an old Kodak Brownie camera. I had one when I was about 9. Took large roll film similar to 120 but it was more like 60x90mm instead of square.

Soft and harsh at the same time - like squinting in the glare. I like it!

Brilliant composition of radiating lines. The flare works well to emphasise the dazzling sunlight. I somehow want to see a little more brightness in the sea and sand just in front of the boys.
