Dolpo, is not it by Mustang area? Have you been there? I am planning of going there next year, and would love to hear your impressions...

Hi Charo. Dolpo lies next to the West of Mustang. It takes two weeks trekking from Jomson airfield to reach Saldang. I have visited two times upper Mustang. It is one of my favorate places in Nepal. Quite easy to reach, beautiful and peaceful. Dolpo is another world, an extraordinary adventure. All the best. Karl

Karl, I like the atmosphere you have captured in this shot. The stupas have a special harmony of their own with the rest of the landscape. They seem to have grown there, rather than having been built there.
