beau 1664876222 1 Posted November 24, 2005 I gambled on some seriously old developer and got really strange negatives, lots of grain and kind of posterized looking. But this picture looked sort of okay with that treatment. Link to comment
eclecticbuzzard 0 Posted November 24, 2005 I like the glowing light coming from the balloon. Wouldn't have noticed any posterization if you hadn't mentioned it. Link to comment
charodiez 0 Posted November 24, 2005 Yes, it looks OK, and the lighting coming out of the balloon makes this shot very interesting. I like the DOF, but I wonder how it would look if we could see her blurried smile... Link to comment
alejandrokeller 0 Posted November 24, 2005 I actually do not see the posterization... The effect is good, will you patent it? ;-)BTW, the image is very good. I can even imagine the expression in the girl's face. Alejandro Link to comment
cityshapes 0 Posted December 6, 2005 Beau, I haven't commented on your stuff in so long... to prevent sounding like a broken record. But this one is really exceptional. Amelia Link to comment
vasilis 0 Posted December 8, 2005 The light on the balloon or the light coming out of the balloon! really makes this image. Out of focus also was the right choice (and seems unavoidable eitherway) thanks for sharing! Vasilis Link to comment
meli d 0 Posted May 15, 2006 Hi, Beau ~ I hope you don't mind, but I saw this shot, and for all the reasons above it is really eye catching. Because the t-shirt distracted me for a while, and also the placement of the balloon, I took a look at it this way, and just wanted to see the framing of it, and again, hope you don't mind. It's a very cool effect. (and certainly, I don't want it thrown at me ! ) Link to comment
