sean, you are completely right. fact is, that i accidentally deleted the entire folder "american south west" with all these pictures (they don't have a backup, so they were really gone) and i have to reinsert them gradually putting a few up for critique again to see how they have "aged" in the viewers opinion. ratings, particularly for originality, are considerably lower now than they were a year ago. that's quite interesting, though not really surprising.

great shot - not only does this canyon seem to loom high over head, but with the reflection it seems to dive deep into the earth. makes for an interesting take on an incredible location.
