Very good composition of picture elements. A terrific portfolio. Interesting how the sun's position and shadows vary...

Can feel the heat!

I especially like that you've been so successful holding detail in both highlights and shadow. I agree too with the previous reviewer--I can feel the heat! The sun in the sky really completes the composition. This is an interesting and well-composed image!

 

 

A very nice composition...well ballanced lighting even though the rays of the sun is directly striking the lense of camera...which did not affect the detail and the quality of the image...very good job!

Nice find...and a great composition. This shot has an otherworldly effect, like something out of a Star Trek Movie. This is certainly one of the better uses I've seen of a starburst filter.

Surely you cannot have the shape of the sun ray on 2 images exactly the same. Also shadows are conflicting with the sun. But great composition though, sad that the careless placement of the sun spoilt the otherwise perfect image.

Very effective use of the sun.

 

I believe the appearance of conflicting shadows is due to the distorted perspective - not a PS manipulation. Am I wrong?

it is a real shot. I took a lot of photos of that location and I realy like the sun in the photo.

With the 10.5mm lens or the 14mm lens it looks about the same. It's the only way to get photos with a clear foreground and during the day. I put f/22.
