Pueo, or Hawaiian Short-Eared Owl

I realize this is just a straight shot but these endemic birds are a

fairly rare sight here in Hawaii and I felt lucky to get the image.

I'd appreciate your comments.

Excellent composition. Thanks. The owl appears to be soft at spots. Not sure if it is because of DOF, resolution or it is just me.
