I really like this shot.I dont know about the inner frame though,kinda takes away from it IMHO.

Thanks. I knew the frame would draw criticism. I was experimenting and decided to keep it because it emphasized the feeling of something fading away. 'Interested in other opinions.....

Very artsy, Linda - I like the selective use of color. The frame doesn't bother me as it's not in color, so isn't distracting.

I think the frame really works here because it emphasizes the faded glory look to the composition, time passing in stages and the color will be gone all too soon. Love the light coming through the leaves, that last glimmer, the leaf and frame both transparent.

Looking at this again today, I like the frame better and better. Okay, I change my vote to keeping the frame!

Interesting framing .... it bring attention toward the leafs.

I like the light and the shadows of the twigs through the leaves. Your PS work brings out the colour well and the frame....better with it as otherwise the twigs would lead the eye out of the frame.
