Nice photo. Titmice tend to bury themselves between twigs. This image has no obstructions in the foreground. The color of the background is good.

Thanks for the comment Keith. I have found too that titmice are tough to get a good picture of, so I was pretty pleased with this shot. These branches of the shrub is just a few feet from our bird feeder so they like to land there and wait their turn to get into the feeder.
