Seems a real nasty storm is a brewing.

I wouldn't like to be out on this in a real nasty storm. Fine picture with an interesting tilt.

I really like this shot, Alec. The tilt, as David has already said, gives interesting depth to the photo. Very well done.

Very beautiful composition!

Thanks guys, I like the drama in this composition. It was taken at the beach just off Phuket town where they lay new boats. I made a low angle, stopped down the aperture and shoot for the sky. The main boat was tilted but I straighten it and made the horizon tilt instead - to portray a stormy sea. Just an experiment. Glad you find it interesting.

Very nice composition and use of 18-70. When used effectively as you did here, the 27mm 35mm-equivelent certainly feels a lot wider.
