Thanks guys, I like the drama in this composition. It was taken at the beach just off Phuket town where they lay new boats. I made a low angle, stopped down the aperture and shoot for the sky. The main boat was tilted but I straighten it and made the horizon tilt instead - to portray a stormy sea. Just an experiment. Glad you find it interesting.

Very nice composition and use of 18-70. When used effectively as you did here, the 27mm 35mm-equivelent certainly feels a lot wider.

Perfectly shot and what an amazing angle/scene/viewpoint Alec.

 

The tilt to the right is very clever also. Maximum points from my corner.
