Great composition. I like how I'm pulled left while also pulled right... Can you tell us how this image has been "manipulated?"

 

Also, what kind of filters were placed on the lens? Did you use a tripod? Is this a composite of three different exposures?

I used a .9 ND Grad filter. The camera was mounted on a tripod. This is single exposure shot in raw. I used layer adjustments in the post processing.
