sondra kick 0 Posted November 13, 2005 In this photo I flipped the image so the reflections would be upright. The bottom of the photo is the stone wall leading to the water. I hope you enjoy this image as I had fun working with it. Thanks for stopping by and leaving your comment, Sondra Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted November 13, 2005 Neat image and composition. the little red tree makes it for me. it also looks to me to be a little oversharpened, my preference would have been to keep it a little softer, but just my preference Link to comment

renny 0 Posted November 13, 2005 ...a neat idea. I love reflections and agree the spot of red enhances the overall effect tremendously. Link to comment
susan stone 0 Posted November 13, 2005 What ever it was that you did it really works for this composition. The reflection of the little house and red bush is so appealing. I would like to see it with the bottom bricks/stones cropped out so that only the reflection remains. Such a dreamy scene. Link to comment
dguindon 0 Posted November 13, 2005 Great shot, usually done with a clearer reflection. Softer is better. Good work Sondra Link to comment
kleintje 0 Posted November 14, 2005 I like this one. The soft image of the house surrounded by the trees, with the red accent aside of it. Though I agree with Susan about cropping part of the stone wall at the bottom. It's a bit too hard for the overall feeling of this photo. Link to comment

smartpix 0 Posted November 20, 2005 Hi Sondra, This is a lovely shot that reminds me of Monet's paintings of his lily pond. The wavering effect of the rippling water is really effective - and it looks even better without the stone wall. Well done and thanks for sharing. Martin Link to comment
