baerbel 0 Posted November 16, 2005 According to Japanese legend gods will grant the folder of 1000 paper cranes a wish. A 10 year old Hiroshima girl suffering from Leukemia tried to do so, but died. Now children from all over the world are folding cranes and sending them to Hiroshima and Nagasaki with the wish for peace. Link to comment
