I like the compsition, however it appears to be a bit over sharpened and over saturated.

Color here is awesome! ... can't help but feel that the figure takes away from the composition.

As an avid beach-goer, this one makes me laugh. The cones remind me of the toll booth in the middle of the desert in Blazing Saddles; of the human conceit of having to mark and to own everything. I think I see what you were trying to do with the person, but I think I would prefer the picture with just cones.

And looking at this image again, I notice the boat for the first time. Now I see the figure has something balancing it, and the boat and the woman seem in unison to be interacting (by avoidance) with the cones.

 

And this picture should be saturated; that's the nature of the beach.

Just cool looking with the oversaturated color, traffic cones, and vibrantly dressed beach goer. Good fun. Cheers!

I remember having looked at this photo earlier too, and this morning I just randomly followed some links and ended up back here. I'm glad.

 

Outside it's raining and wind is blowing, but it's not because of the weather I sing my love song here, it's the fresh, provoking framing of wonderfully peculiar scene you served us to cherish. I hardly need any breakfast now, my soul is nourished. Thank you.
