Undoubtely, it's a greatly composed, very creative image! Personally, I don't really like the rightest tail to be out of grip, but on the other side the focusing and expose are perfect..

I should notice the perfect lighting too...

To me the out of focus right-most tail is suggestive of the fading out of existence of the dead fish. In fact, there seems to be a left to right progression, with the left two tails being in sharpest focus and the middle one somewhere between.

Once again I stumple upon this picture and instantly start to miss the summer days which are still a little to far away. I could just hear the sea and the seagulls and the fishermen working ... I could just see the clear blue sky in that azur blured area and the sand bellow....
