hanna_cowpe 0 Posted July 14, 2007 Hi Ellen, I've just been cruising through your portfolio and came across this lovely shot. I've taken many photos of the swans here but never anything like this. I like the way the wings blend into the water seamlessly, as though they become part of it. And the textural detail in his neck is great. There are a few blown out areas which I know are a real problem with swans and water, and I would have liked to see a little more space on the right. But I know these fast moving situations aren't always so controllable. You've done a very nice job regardless. Your entire portfolio is enchanting, particularly the numerous studies of the ladybug.
