I'm not sure what it is, but something about this shot "screams" digital.

Good use of subject foreground / composition.

Nice, gentle tones - though a bit surreal. Not sure if that was the intention?

Cheers

Daniel

Yes, Daniel, The intention is to portray a story, the history (fortifications) has been golden, the present horizon is golden, but is it real? I mean, is the future golden as it seems. Yes this has been manipulated but with a purpose of a story. Thanks for your interest.

Caro mario, il risultato e' molto attraente, in effetti la costruzione dell'immagine 蠥vidente ma tutto sommato molto gradevole.

Bella storia.

Mario, for me what counts is if it works or not, and I think it is a very nice composition. the rouge old constraction and the smooth bg. are complimenting each other, as well as the golden colors. future, who knows?... Pnina

I love very much the composition. I am not sure to understand very well the history you tell about it, but it has a great surrealist atmosphere. Regards, Henri

Thanks, Tuhin, for your comments. Those yellow lines on the horizon are natural sunset reflections on the sea. The colours are natural.

The golden sunset reflection on the sea is very unique. Well, present is most important (IMO)so hope for a golden present.

An original image combing architecture and landscape work! Awesome light and clarity of stonework. Perfect composition using thirds. Well done and best regards . . . JB
