Her face is wonderful to photographe. Straight look in the camera gave her so much confident. I agree that cropped head was not the best in this composition.

Very nice. Her head is tilted forward, which is an unusual perspective showing a lot of the crown of her head, and I think your cropping was appropriate to produce a normalized proportion between face and head. I like the charcoal sweater and the clipped blacks that harmonize its tonality with the background, and her well-shaped eyes are emphasized with that very direct look. One technical note: the catchlight usually covers a little of the iris as well as the pupil, to make the gaze a little less hypnotic.
