salvatore.mele 1 Posted November 4, 2005 The justapoxition of red hues on the ground and blue sky, mediated by the twisted trunk works fine. The subject deserves such a central stand and to fill most of the frame: this also works for me. What I dislike is the relative "cluttering" of the bushes and the fact that the most interesting feature, the twisted trunk, has a background of similar colours and stands out less than deserved... Did you try shots from closer by, with wider lens, putting the thing against the sky? Link to comment
