Did you know that( unless I am very mistaken) the "column" with the crosses was the place where public punishments took place (centuries ago)?

I actually had no idea, but I'm not really surprised either. What kind of punishments? All the way to flogging and capital punishments, or mainly just the reading of sentences etc... Always interesting to find out the hidden past or double usage of a place.

Flogging I suppose and maybe they would chain people there for public exposure, but I am no expert and I am as we say in Portugal "selling the fish as it was sold to me" meaning I was talking of stories I was told. I will ask a few people tomorrow and might add some information.Regards.

Tried to use a small ap to flatten the distance between the two

(maybe 20-30 feet?), would this have been nicer with a larger ap to

blur out the window a little? Also curious to see what people think

of the comp. Window too centered? Pilar with cross cut off too high
