Hi David, I really like the different levels of contrast, the bright vs. the dark areas, the gradual shade of the brown, even the white curves vs. the dark straight line of the frame. A very artistic and attention drawing image.

Alex, I like this image myself for the qualities you mention. However, it isn't too attention grabbing since you are the only one to comment... so far at least!

I love a challenging abstract, and this one certainly qualifies. I've been looking at it for a while and still can't be 100% sure of what it is.

David, While you may not have had a pretty girl to shoot, when I first viewed this, I thought it was an anatomical feature with some very unusual lighting. I don't know if that's due to the image itself or what I expect to see posted by you.

Regardless, this is a very creative image and terrific use of your alone time!

I can always count on a refreshing perspective when I visit your site.

Teru, There is a clue to what it is in the title. I will leave it for a little while longer and if no one informs you, I will. Thanks for stopping by.

Stephanie, You obviously see things I don't. I guess we all see things differently. Thanks you.

Laurie, I am always flattered when you stop by and leave such thoughtful comments. I guess knowing me as you do, it is natural to expect this to be an anatomical shot. Having said that, I have no idea what you were thinking. Thanks again!

Thanks everyone.

This is an amazing abstract image. Optical illusions are among my favorite challenges, yet the simplicity of this illusion is almost maddening. I want to see where the reflection starts or ends, but not at the expense of knowing its dimensions; that would spoil the illusion.

Joe, I am not sure if I fully understand you. Let me assure you there is no reflection here! Thanks for the comment. It is appreciated.
