ghuczek 0 Posted October 23, 2005 Most have now been torn down, making way for huge, corporate concrete monuments to capitalism. Those that remain remind the prairie landscape of a time not so long ago when the wooden grain elevator ruled the west. The communities that maintain these quiet giants look back with a sense of pride on their past, as they strugle through the present and pray for their children's future. Link to comment
