aepelbacher 0 Posted October 22, 2005 This is one of my dream cars. I LOVED the reflection of the sky on the hood. But, the body was a bit dirty, so the specks are distracting. Also, the legs of the photographer snuck into the reflection in the chrome. Oops! ;-) Link to comment
w. roger keagle 0 Posted October 22, 2005 So nice to see the English in the race for our dollars, and since they invented this style of car (East West Motors) more power to them...is this one yours ? (Nice shot BTW) Link to comment
MichaelChang 12 Posted October 22, 2005 From Mustang to rag-top BMW to Mini - I'd take the new Mustang. :-) B/W looks better to me. Link to comment
colin carron 58,916 Posted October 22, 2005 Well I'm for the colour one - I like the reflection of the sky and the effect that has on the paint colour. Link to comment
davidroossien 0 Posted October 22, 2005 I like this with darker middle tones. I just pulled the middle of the curve down a bit. It seems to bring out the basic elements of the car without all the distracting glare. You also get to see more shades of blue and green. Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted October 22, 2005 Roger, no it isn't mine! I saw it walking down the street in France. In fact, I cropped a bit off the bottom, or you'd see the European license plate. And, I like what you did with it, David - the color looks much better! Now I have to work on PSing my legs out of the crome. :-D Thanks for the comments, folks! Link to comment
home page1 0 Posted October 22, 2005 Nice one, Lou Ann. I like the composition and the textures. That hood looks smooth as silk. Well done! Good to see you posting again. Link to comment
ljk 0 Posted October 22, 2005 Lou Ann...I agree with Ken. The texture is so slick, the composition equally so :-) I like David's enhancements as well..... Link to comment
wilsontsoi 0 Posted October 23, 2005 This is smooth and refreshing like a satisfying cup of coffee in the morning. Green is good (communicates "Britain" with British Green) and black & white (more artsy) works, too. Few neighbor kids already had Mini Cooper set as their dream car! ^_^ Link to comment
aepelbacher 0 Posted October 23, 2005 Yeah - it's my dream car, too! :-) And it's nice to get a "wow" from Linda! Thanks y'all!! Link to comment
someoneelse 1 Posted October 23, 2005 Dear Lou Ann, can I say also WOW, or is that too simple........ just kidding, I like it L A A, and I like the collored one better, because it has already a minimum of colors. And about cars, I have no interest in it, I have one, but sometimes I forget what the brand is, you can ask my husband, he could tell you some idiot stories ;D......... but I know what a mini is, so that is a plus. Els (and thanks for your tip about the no word forum, I like it very much) Link to comment
