jmoody 0 Posted November 5, 2005 Though the flowers may appear small, keep in mind that the planters stood approximately 5 feet in height (I think they may have originally even been storage vessels for grain or similar). see_lim_lim 0 Posted December 11, 2005 Following your recent comments, just had to browse through your Portugal folder. Lots of well thought out images and felt this one had been unfairly neglected. Inclusion of the shadow balances the subject position well and makes for good composition. I might have cropped off the encroaching ground, but suspect you refrain from post-processing. Exposure is fine to me. Wall texture looks blown on my uncalibated laptop monitor, but is ok on the CRT. In any case, the texure of the jar stands out against the uniform white background and the splash of colour ensures attention remains on the flowers. Even 6/6 to me. Link to comment
