I think the subject is overexposed by the flash, maybe you can turn down the exposure value a little as the foreground shallow DOF petals suggest to me that the original colors are bright and vibrant. Composition wise, I like it as is looks like a star-burst.

Yes,Benjamin,you are right. Infact,there was poor ambient light, So,I had used flash for this. But I should have covered flash with "buttersheet" to reduce it's harshness!
