Hi Jerry. I always enjoy viewing your Algonquin Park folder. Beautiful colours and mist. I know that park quite well although I've never been to Opeongo Lake, the biggest in the park. I hiked several trails and gone on canoe camping trips in the interior that were very special.

This was taken about a year ago and I highly recommend you to visit Algonquin during early to mid October. Less tourists and the fall foilage is still there. A little bit cold though but I guess that shouldn't be a problem for you :)

I forgot to mention that I was in the park 2 weeks ago and boy was it hot!!! 80+F in the shade !!! That was on october 4th,the same day I took that picture at Mackoy lake. How long were you there for last year? Were you camping?
