I go nuts when I see "looks like a painting", but it does. Not sure if you wanted to only have the motion in the shot, but I think these are always best with a perfectly focused still object as well. Maybe if you could've included more of the rocks above to contrast with the water?

I had a few others and uploaded one of them for you. Not the same "Painting" feeling over that one but more rocks and nature! =)
