(Did you try also different widths for the two components of the frame?)

Daily, the frame was part intentional, and part mistake, but in the end I liked the effect....so no, I only tried it in these widths.

Excellent colors, textures, positioning of forms and your frame. This composition takes me back to all the times when I use to open my favorite box of Christmas ornaments. It wasn't just what was inside but the packaging as well. That's why I love the brown textures with these metallic colors! Another great title for this . Merni

Linda, this is a cool image. I like the geometrical structure and the hard texture. REally cool! Light works here very well, too :) And... I keep wondering why we don't see the photographer in the reflection of the red ball that well!...%)))
