jerrymat 5 Posted October 10, 2005 What can I say? This is one I am sorry I did not think of myself, especially so because I have been studying a broken wine glass, wondering how to photograph it. Link to comment
wim1 0 Posted October 10, 2005 Very creative, great execution. And you obviously prefer white wine to red. ;) Link to comment
jpava 0 Posted October 10, 2005 Excelent composition with an original view of an old theme. Good sharpness, color and depth of field. 6/6 Link to comment
gwen_shafer 1 Posted October 10, 2005 Reminds me of New Orleans and hurricanes, but that was probably far from what you thought of when you composed this shot. Very nice composition and execution. And is that meant to be a sad face (sad smiley) in the puddle on the left? :-( Link to comment
yohanes.riyanto 0 Posted October 11, 2005 A very original idea! You captured it well....good composition...good color....and thought provoking Link to comment
nick_w2 0 Posted October 11, 2005 Good job with this. Original, but yet nolstagic. The backround fits nicely with the shot. Link to comment
dave_nitsche 0 Posted October 12, 2005 Nice image. I would have prefered the neck of the wine bottle to be in tact. I think the offset symbolism of one of the subjects being whole and the other broken might allow people to interject their own emotions into the shot a bit more... Link to comment
srujan punna 0 Posted October 13, 2005 good idea.executed well.as said by Dave i would also like to see the bottle pouring from above to be unbroken. any how i like this one. Link to comment

darinheinz 0 Posted November 30, 2008 Hi Vladimir! Excellent concept! I was operating under the presumption that every wine/bottle/glass combination photo had already been done (possibly to excess), and I now stand corrected. You have managed to cause me to rethink my position on not just this theme, but many others as well. Your exposure is perfect from where I sit, as is your overall treatment of lighting and prop handling. Post-processing (if any) is undetectable. Bravo on an excellent photograph, and an addition to my very short list of Favorites. Yours, Darin Link to comment
