huh, actually i like this alot better than the other one, as the softness of the water texture is much more attractive, and the spray, etc. is well captured. some parts of the water are really pushed to the max in highlight, but its not unattractive to my eye. not sure about the yellow orange streak, the blue in the background is a little flat in color (try playing with the color balance and contrast a little in a layer mask). the photo is slightly crooked left, if you go by the line of the bridge.

Not bad, but my eye wants to see the whole frame rotated just a bit in the clockwise direction.

The yellow/orange streak is natural light refraction in the mist. I cant' really take it out unless I clone it, and then it won't seem natural. This one is softer because there was more mist - it was taken looking in the other direction from the first. It's unmanipulated except for a little contrast and saturation for web display. Thanks for stopping by. Just wondered if this was more pleasing to your eye than the other. Cheers.

So I reposted this straightening the line of the bridge. I don't know about you, but to me, the tower, which is the more prominent feature, now seems tilted. That's why I had it posted the other way. What do you think? Maybe my eyes are really gone. Cheers.

ah, but through the miracles of modern computer technology (using the transform action in photoshop) you can click a few buttons and have both! see attached . . . create a layer, choose distort in transform, play with the thingies around the edges of the photo to distort, apply, crop out any noticeable distortion.

There, like I said, you're the PS expert. I'm going to start sending all my stuff to you to fix it before I post it. If you have a bad back, and need stuff to do, I could keep you REALLY busy. Cheers.
