johnw436 1 Posted October 7, 2005 6/6 The depth of field and sharpness are incredible! I am just now getting into MF. How would I go about setting this shot up? How much post processing did this require? Amazing. If you wouldn't mind sharing a few pointers with a rookie, please email me. john.wilson.fl@hotmail.com Link to comment
calvin_lee 0 Posted October 7, 2005 John, there was a negligable amount of post-processing done to this shot. What you see is basically what the slide looks like. In fact, it looks even sharper on a light-box with an 8x loupe. I used the oldest 500 series 150mm chrome lens (single-coated) with a hood & had to shoot hand held since the police would not let me set-up my tripod anywhere on the Capitol grounds. It was basically just the 500/cm, 150mm lens, & waist-level finder at f/11 for 1/60th of a second on Fuji Velvia 50. Yes, the Hasselblad 150mm Sonnar Lens is awesome. I have had both the latest CFi version as well as the old C & prefer the old C. Everyone should have one. Link to comment
