French Beach

A quiet day at the beach. Feedback appreciated.

Good exposure and perspective. Mid horizon boring. As beach is more interesting than sky, swivel camera down, lose MOST of the sky, and make an earthy shot. Also a low camera position,ie on your belly, would have made a pretty foreground.. Then throw the front of the foreground out-of-focus with f4? and give the pix more dimension. see photos4u.dk, master of light and composition. You will improve 100% if you study, absorb, learn from his over 1500 shots.

As opposed to studying and learning for TTs 0 shots on PN or maybe the 5 or 6 he has on his sight......

Sorry to vent on your photo, Turk sure has a lot to say about other people photos (much of which is good advise like his is here) but posts none of his own. I'd just like to see him walk the walk from time to time.

Thanks Dave for the clarification. It's as clear as mud! :o) Apology not necessary!I see that TT has a reputation...Besides...I have my OWN style and as I am new to photography, I do have lots to learn, but I still want my stuff to be my own.
