farmer on the hill 0 Posted October 5, 2005 A small crop to the bottom would remove the shadow of the vertical post making this fine image even better in my opinion. O 7 A6 Link to comment
smartpix 0 Posted October 5, 2005 This is a well-observed shot, nicely framed and with good strong colours. Well done. Many people would have walked past this spot without seeing the potential. Martin Link to comment
erikkaffehr 0 Posted October 5, 2005 Good idea, and well executed. I think the foto just pops out from the screen. God example of making extraordinary pictures from ordinary subjects. Link to comment

davidroossien 0 Posted February 27, 2006 I really like how bright the grass is compared to the other major shapes in the frame. This looks good in B/W. You might consider changing the color of the sky. It looks too cyan for me, but that's up to you. I also darkened it slightly to keep the focus on the foreground and path into the distance. emily_alkema 0 Posted March 2, 2006 Thanks very much for your spontaneous response and your vision on my ' staircase '.In B&W this photograph becomes not interesting is my idea. Other B & W photographs in my portfolio preserve tension. With Picasa I cannot change the air colour. However, thank for your time and advice, Emily Link to comment
