The first thing I thought was about the weel of a huge watch, with its teeth, rotating around the horison... very eye catching. Compositionally, I like a lot the fact to have all of the cloud in the reflection. Chromatically, I like the way you interpreted the alternance of cold and warm colours typical of seascapes at this hour of the day: the reflection of the cloud adds lots of warmth to an otherwise too-cold region.
