stp 6 Posted September 26, 2005 Very nice. I like this better than the other version without any plants; I just prefer some context. I don't think many people understand just how rare or how difficult it is to get a shot of a heron like this. Great job. Link to comment
Coho 2 Posted September 26, 2005 This was a very lucky moment. It is at the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge. I was walking down a path with my tripod and camera. An approaching hiker used hand signals to slow me down and alert me to the birds presence. I was able to spend 20-30 minutes with it, about 8-10 meters from the path. It hardly moved. Link to comment
