I agree with the comment re lighting in/on eyes. Also I'd get some action in the hair to complement the great amazing attitude from Meredith ! 6/6 for sure

I am not a glamor expert but, while I like the pose and expression, my attention goes first to the bright, hiked-up white shirt. I would like to see this without the shirt, or with some other drape that would not be the brightest thing in the composition.
