These remind me of the 2 in my people folder also taken in Hue at the temple up the Perfume river where the monk who set himself alight (because of religious persecution) came from.

Hi Louis, you are correct. This is taken at Thien Mu Temple in Hue next to the Perfume River. I am really fascinated that they still cut their hair the same way as in China during the old days. Thanks for the mention. Didn't know the martyr monk came from there but I did see an old car displayed. Should have read the details next to it.
