#2 of 3 from the same village square. I'm wondering which of the three has the best appeal. I enjoyed watching this couple eating lunch at the restaurant there. But I felt a little like I was spying on them with my telephoto (right, Colin?) :-D

Lou, this one is certainly my favorite. I believe it showcases the flowers the best. Good color and composition.

Absolutely! Still anyone eating a meal al fresco in a public square can be classed as fair game imo. And it not as though they are identifiable. Still there is always that slightly guilty feeling...:-0

I like the formality of this - the lines and blocks of colour might almost be Mondrian, though I never had you down as one for abstracts :-)

The splash of sunlight adds a lot of liveliness into the image. The green and red jump out in this one. Have to agree with Colin about folks eating outdoor are fairgame. ^_^

Lou Ann, that one is my favorite, because the sun play in the leaves, and composition of the brown stone and old architecture with the red beautiful flowers. But I like very much the idea of the 3 uploads that started with the full square, than came closer to a part of it and than to the prominent ellement in the yard the red flowers. Wilson and Colin already wrote about the technicalities, but I like the way you have done the trio. Pnina

I vote for this one. The fact that her head is blocking his face is less of a distraction. You might consider removing the upper right flag to keep that area clean and less distracting. Also, a 10-20% crop on the left might give this better balance as it feels a little tight on the right.

Lou Ann, I like the European Tudor building with stone. The red geraniums set off the image and the play with the sunlight. Well done. Sondra
