pnital 36 Posted September 23, 2005 Even it is very frequently uploaded subject, you caught a nice angle( a bit blured at the fg.)very vibrant colors of the butterfly and flowers, and nice green bg. Ken, I like your new bio pic as well, Pnina Link to comment
wilsontsoi 0 Posted September 23, 2005 300 f4 IS, 9-18-2005, Chicago, is that Peter looking over your shoulder making sure you don't drop his lens? ^_^ Solid capture, Ken. I would've like to see off-camera flash to convey more volume (an a more natural shadow cast at left.) The out of focus front wing doesn't bother me at all. In fact, I actually like to see the background leaves more blurred, but you know my macro-taste is a bit unusual than most. BTW, nice color, too. ^_^ Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted September 23, 2005 Not my lens Wilson but I should have gotten a commision from Canon. I did tell Ken it was a must have. Link to comment
afterthoughts 0 Posted September 23, 2005 Ken, this is a strong image IMHO. I think the idea of the butterfyly casting a shadow is rather unique. The detail is excellent. Well done. Link to comment
jayme 0 Posted October 2, 2005 Sorry so long..... my arm is still a problem! I love the composition and subject, the light seems jaut a bit harsh, but then it helps make the image show the fantastic details. Nice capture! Link to comment
