Black Snake

1/60 sec f/8 :: Venomous but relatively placid snake found hunting in the flower garden in front of the Tea House at Lake Barrime. Flattened out in threat display, then continued hunting... ignoring us and various other observers. When I first spotted the reptile I thought it was a rubber hose.
