A frosty palette

An early morning walk in the magnificent nature of Nova Scotia,

Kejimkujik NP. After the first freezing night in the season the tiny

leaves of a maple bush turn to all the colours of the palette and

you know, the Fall has arrived. The next days the pastel soft

colours of the first morning start transforming in very intense hues

of yellow, orange and red. I tried to capture the first change and

give you a feeling of the beginning of the Fall. This image is ossum

when blow up to > A3 format. Let me know what you think. cheers jana

It's a gorgeous, vibrant medley of color, almost expressionistic in feel. I'd love to see it huge.

I especially like the (mournful) heavy, vertical lay of the leaves. Consistent with your strong aesthetic.

If I could pick a Fall bouquet of colorful leaves to bring into my table to cheer my kitchen this would be them. So lovely and simple they sing.
