Looks like your horizon tilts up on the right & maybe too much (un)sharpening. Colors and composition look good. Although I would have went tighter on the boat and gave up some of the foreground.

I think you are right about the horizon...about the sharpening I didn't over do it...about the tighter composition I want to thank you for giving me a new idea... I'll post the same picture following the composition you suggested.
