Get these bubbles out of my eyes!!

The exit sign and doorway are very distracting. Think about cropping them out?? I would suggest coming down from the top to get rid of the vent in the back doorway, as well. This will also help to get you subject out of dead center and make it seem more like you were peeking over the shoulders of the foreground subjects. Your whites also seem a bit gray...

There's a lot here to work with. I think it just needs some finessing
